PROTECTION AND POWER Supernatural protection lies over these two witnesses until their time is fulfilled. If in fact these two witnesses are Moses and Elijah, this protection is much like what they both experienced when they walked this earth. The power that they both possess equals that of Elijah and Moses. Then, when God chooses, they will be killed, and their bodies will be displayed as a spectacle. They are displayed in what the scriptures call the “great city.” What does this reference? What publicity will the two witnesses receive even in their deaths?
